Membership

We are excited that you are considering becoming a member of the Billings Flying Mustangs!

The first step is to join Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA). They have Youth, Senior, and General Memberships. Once you join AMA they will email you a membership #. You will need that # to sign up for the Billings Flying Mustangs. Then you can continue the steps below.

You can pay your Billings Flying Mustangs membership dues in a couple of ways. You may drop off your payment (cash or check made out to Billings Flying Mustangs) with Randy Broderick, our club president at his car dealership (Broderick Motors-corner of Central Avenue and 13th St. West) or you can send it to the club mailing address which is:

Current Membership Fees are as follows:

Full Membership $150
Family Membership $160
Introductory Membership 1/2 the normal Full or Family membership fee (Full Intro = $75, Full Family Intro = $80)
Non-Resident Membership $ 35
Non-Flying Membership $ 35 (NO AMA required)
Youth Membership $ 35

New members are first year members. The fee for Full or Family membership ***for* *the first year*** (Intro Membership) is 1/2 the membership fee for the first year. If you are a new member please select Introductory Membership.

Don’t forget – AMA Number Required. The BFM requires a valid membership from the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) before joining. You may obtain an AMA membership & number or renew your existing membership at modelaircraft.org (join or renew).
